Indigenous Peoples and madhesis dissented New Constitution of Nepal, 2015 for not including their rights as agreed by government in various accords made with them. The government had agreed to ensure indigenous peoples' right to self-determination with autonomy, their meaningful participation at all state apparatus, and inclusion of ILO Convention no. 169 and UNDRIP. INDIGENOUS VOICE Episode 16 featurises such issues.
